The mission of YOT is to assist children, youth, and their families to move toward recovery, self-sufficiency, and making healthier choices. The Program offers comprehensive substance abuse and mental health counseling services and education to eligible children, youth & families.

YOT service age’s 5-20 and time length of services varies according to each program, which includes:

  • Psycho-educational Drug Prevention Classes (2-3months)
  • Drug Treatment/Counseling (6-12 months)
  • Mental Health & Prevention & Early Intervention Therapy (6-12 months)
