AADAP celebrated Lunar New Year on January 27, 2006. The youth of AADAP's IndoChinese Youth Community Center (IYCC) performed their Dragon and Flower Dance to bring in the Year of the Dog. AADAP staff and clients were given the opportunity to be exposed to Vietnamese and other South Asian cultures as the sampled traditional treats and played New Year games. This year the Lunar New Year fell on the weekend of January 29, 2006, the celebration certainly a joyous one.
